With an international business and marketing background, Michael focused on closing the gap between business strategy (high level thinking) and advertising (actions and tasks). This gap creates a misguided culture within the business and an unclear message to audiences outside of the company.

He believes a Brand defines every aspect of an organization and its people. Over the years, Michael built a proprietary process which he utilizes to create the Brand and Marketing Strategy with organizations and define how to “Live Your Brand” both inside and outside of your company, while creating buy-in from team members and building a positive organizational culture.
During his early career in Marketing and International Business in the Corporate arena, Michael Armeli watched companies fail to grow or obtain a strong leadership position in their key markets. He believed leaders did not understand the essence of their brand and how it should be fully integrated into their business strategy, operations and marketing!
Mr. Armeli saw how this lack of an integrated business model results in non-value adding decisions in the organization, a misguided culture within the business and an unclear message to clients and audiences in the market.
In 2006, Mr. Armeli created integrated Brand Group, iBG, and began assisting businesses and organizations in all market sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, architecture, insurance, hospitality, agriculture, retail, media and non-profit organizations
iBG focuses on integrated Business Branding. Mr. Armeli leads his team to help businesses build their Identity, and a Brand Strategy that is integrated with their Business Strategy, focusing on “Living the Brand” inside and outside of the business. This work creates a very positive and aligned organizational culture. To succeed, he believes businesses must first build an effective operation, a positive culture for growth, and a strategic brand internally before it can be properly broadcast to the world. Then the focus turns to developing the Creative Brand Strategy that is aimed at target audiences.
